Look like, She is cyborg who need to upgrade her firmware and she was worried that everything will be fine. Or she have brain-computer integration and she was worried that her mind will change when the program is updated in the computer part of her. As has been changed once, when she is integrated the computer part into her brain. But she goes forward.
And it will change her. Many times.
